Get to know current and former Business Concept and STAGE-UP cohorts and look forward to a brief but informative lunch talk, a small lunch, and meeting other entrepreneurship enthusiasts.
At our lunch talk we will be joined by co-founder Nicolas Gasser of IMPLANZ and Maddalena Tognola, head of the University’s Grants Office. Together, they will elaborate on the possibilities a start-up has to get funding.
IMPLANZ is a MedTech startup providing dental implant stability predictions pre-surgery founded by two of our Alumni. The two founders met in our Business Concept course in 2022 and took part in the STAGE UP start-up competition in 2022/2023. Since then, they have come a long way and are happy to share some insights with our other Alumni and entrepreneurship enthusiasts.
The Grants Office at the University of Bern aims to optimize and simplify the acquisition of third-party funding for researchers. It operates under the Vice-Rectorate Research and runs the „Euresearch Office University of Bern.“
