Innosuisse Startup-Lunch with Carvolution Co-Founder Léa Miggiano

Buying or leasing has long been the standard way to have a car. Carvolution chose a different path: an all-inclusive car subscription. On 12 October, Co-Founder and CRO Léa Miggiano will share how the idea developed into a company and what it takes to build a new business model in an established market.

DESCRIPTION

For years, having a car usually meant making the same basic choice: buy it or lease it. When Carvolution was founded in 2018, the company introduced another option to the Swiss market: an all-inclusive car subscription.

Léa Miggiano has been part of that story from the beginning. After studying Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, she co-founded Carvolution in 2018 and initially helped build the company as CMO. Today, she is CRO. In 2025, she was named HSG Founder of the Year. Her entrepreneurial journey has also been recognised by Forbes 30 Under 30 DACH and the Top 100 Women in Business

How do you convince people to try a different way of having a car? What changes when a startup grows, and a founder’s own role changes with it? At our Founder Talk, Léa will take students behind the story of Carvolution, from the early idea and the development of the company to the lessons she learned along the way.

The session starts with a 20-minute talk, followed by a 20-minute Q&A. You can ask Léa directly about founding a company, growing a new business model and developing your own role as the business evolves.

Join us on Monday, 12 October 2026, from 12:00 to 12:45 at the BFH Business School in Bern. Participation is free, and lunch is included.
